This guide is a starting point only. Many players choose their stick size based on personal preference and playing style.
For younger players, we recommend avoiding sticks that are too long, as this can impact control and technique development.

A mystery stick and bag we feel would suit a female adult hockey player. Minimum specification would be a 70% carbon stick and a large stick bag with double straps. The minimum discount would be 40% on RRP.
